Scott is a Montana native who raised his family mostly in Whitefish. When Scott was growing up his family had a summer home on Flathead Lake and his parents lived in the Bigfork area upon their retirement. So Scott knows the Flathead Valley from one end to the other. He did spend four years living and traveling out of the Seattle area (living on Bainbridge Island) doing high end retail site selection and retail store openings for a publicly traded company. During this time he traveled into the markets where most of his clientele have their primary homes. Scott spent many years in business and served in a former Montana Governor's Cabinet. He has been with Glacier Sotheby's International Realty of Flathead and Lake Counties from the beginning and opened their Bigfork office. During that time Scott specialized in properties on Whitefish Lake, Flathead Lake and Swan Lake. He then went up to the private golf course community of Iron Horse as the head of their sales team while it was still under Developer control. Now that Iron Horse has "turned over" to the Membership, Scott specializes in Iron Horse and Whitefish Lake and other high end properties in the greater Whitefish area. Scott is consistently one of the top producers in the Valley and with Glacier Sotheby's International Realty. He has a reputation for knowing the market and assessing lake property values and premier property values.
